Network

Financi'Elles' mission is to help improve and especially accelerate women’s access to the top of organizations in the financial sector.

Financi'Elles are now a recognized player in the service of gender diversity and partner of companies in the transformation of gender diversity practices in the banking, insurance and finance sectors. The federation is also an interlocutor for companies in the sector who want to create their network to promote gender diversity.

They include 15 member networks: Axa, BNP Paribas, BPCE, Caisse des Dépôts, Crédit Agricole, GENERALI, HSBC, ING, La Banque Postale, Malakoff Humanis, Mastercard, Money Bank, SCOR, Société Générale and Swiss Life.

On the occasion of the 10 years of Financi'Elles, a charter of commitments was created and signed on 16 November 2021 by companies whose networks are members of Financi'Elles.

This event also made it possible to create a booklet of individual commitments supported by each of our member networks.

We had the pleasure of welcoming Bruno Le Maire, Minister of Economy, Finance and Recovery. The latter highlighted the fundamental issue of parity in companies and the longevity of the fight!

The Networks Committee makes it possible to link the various networks of companies that are members of Financi'Elles, to create a broader collective in order to encourage exchanges and sharing between networks, and to promote the issues and commitments of the federation. Contribute to making effective the commitments made in the framework of the charter, by carrying out concrete actions and sharing good practices and operations within each structure.

The missions and actions of the Networks Committee:

• Promote sharing between networks: Meeting of each network with a monthly breakfast “1 month, 1 network” with presentation and sharing of issues, projects and operations;
• Capitalize on and share our expertise: Provide content and/or contacts, share experience, practices, SEO;
• Support networks that wish to be: Mentor or refer networks that lie in place (provide advice and support through networks that are already more established);
• Expanding networks: joining new networks to Financi'Elles.
