Graduated from the Ecole Nationale des statistiques et de l’administration économique in 1996 and from l’Ecole nationale d’administration in 2000 (promotion Averroès), Maya Atig worked at the general direction of the Treasury until 2016.

Since 2016, she was assistant director of the Fédération nationale du Crédit Agricole, in charge of the finances and risks of Caisses régionales. Since the 30th march of 2020, Maya Atig is general manager of the Fédération bancaire française (FBF). She is also the general manager of l’Association Française des Banques (AFB).

National Order of Merit

Anne Guillaumat de Blignières is a member of the Conseil National de la Médiation, after having been Advisor of the Management Committee of the Caisse des Dépôts group, responsible for the Promotion of Women and Parity.

She holds a master’s degree in business law and graduated from IEP Paris, former auditor of IHEDN (29th session). After working in the office of the Minister of Universities, she joined the Caisse des Dépôts group as responsible for relations with Parliament. She then served as Director of Investments at the CDC-Entreprises subsidiary, before returning to Group functions, taking responsibility for institutional relations and management of senior management, and then leading the gender diversity policy.
From 2012 to 2017, she was an associate member of the Economic, Social and Environmental Council, co-rapporteur of a study on the consequences of the EU Solvency II Directive on corporate finance.
Since the beginning of her career, she has held various corporate mandates: President of the Board of Directors of Tudor France (Norwegian naval armament), member of the C.A. of Nacco SA and 15.Montaigne (real estate company of the Théâtre des Champs Elysées).
Deeply committed to strengthening diversity in business, she is one of the founders of Financi'Elles, of which she is a member of Honneur, and she chairs the Alter Egales network. She is a member of several children’s associations in Asia.
She is a Knight of the Legion of Honour and a Knight of the Order of Merit.

Since May 2018, Diony Lebot has been Chief Operating Officer of Société Générale Group. She oversees all of the bank's control functions (Risk, Finance and Compliance), as well as the corporate social responsibility strategy.

Diony has over thirty years' experience in several corporate and investment banking businesses in France and abroad.

In 2004, she joined the Corporate Customer Relations department as European Sales Director within the Large Corporates and Financial Institutions division. In 2007, she was appointed Managing Director of Societe Generale Americas, joining the Group's Management Committee. In 2012, she became Deputy Head of the Customer Relations and Investment Banking division and Head of the Western Europe region of the Corporate and Investment Banking division. In March 2015, Diony was appointed Deputy Chief Risk Officer, then Chief Risk Officer in July 2016.

Highly committed to diversity and inclusion issues, Diony is patron of Financi'elles, networks promoting gender diversity in the banking, finance and insurance sector.

Diony Lebot is a Knight of the Legion of Honor.

Since october 2019, Florence Lustman is the CEO of Fédération française de l'assurance.

Before that, from 2012, she was Inspector General then Financial Manager and Public Affairs director and member of the executive committee of Banque postale. Between 2007 and 2012, Florence Lustman presided over the Alzheimer's Plan on behalf of the President. Between 2000 and 2007, she was Secretary General for the Insurance control's committee. She was a founding member of CEIOPS (now EIOPA), member of the executive committee of Association internationale des contrôleurs d'assurance and member of the Standards Advisory Council of International Accounting Standards Board.

Graduated from Ecole Polytechnique (X 1980), Institut d'Etudes Politiques de Paris and Institut des Actuaires Français, Florence Lustman is Inspecteur général des Finances and Ingénieur général des Mines.

Sofia Merlo has been Global Human Resources Senior Advisor at BNP Paribas since May 2020.

Sofia Merlo began her career at BNP Paribas in 1985, alternating between sales and cross-functional positions. In particular, she joined the Group's Human Resources department and became Head of Career Management, before joining Private Banking, first as Head of Private Banking in France, then as Co-CEO of BNP Paribas Wealth Management.
